As an out of network provider, I can provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your health insurance provider to request a reimbursement from most PPO plans. Please check with your insurance carrier directly to see if they cover out of network therapy. Many clients successfully use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for payment.
The length of therapy varies depending on individual needs, goals, and progress. Some clients seek short-term therapy for specific concerns, while others engage in longer-term therapy for deeper, ongoing work. We work collaboratively to determine the right duration for your situation.
Therapy is an investment in yourself and your well-being. My rates are competitive, and within customary range for mental health care services in the Bay Area.
Current rates as of 2025 – Individual Therapy – $200
You are responsible for payment of the fee during the time of service, however your insurance may reimburse you for some portion of the fee.
To support equitable access to therapy, I reserve a select amount of sliding scale spaces in my practice for those who cannot afford my full fee.
